URL Shortener that does mailto links and has tracking

Does anyone know of a URL shortening service that allows mailto links and has a tracking feature for those links?

It doesn't matter if you need to sign up for a paid account to do this.

I've found services that do mailto links so far, but not with tracking.

I'm aware of the problems with doing this!!

You need to enter the email link as
