European alternatives to Google Calendar

I really like the following abilities of Google Calendar:

• Exchange access
• Web interface
• Calendar sharing with others
• iCAL import and export
• Ability to work with email addresses on own domain

I've recently come to terms with moving my calendar online (i.e. away from Microsoft Outlook 2007 in my desktop), but moving it to the US is a step too far for me, for data protection reasons.

Is there any way to have the benefits listed above, but to guarantee to keep my data inside Europe, please?

(I've previously searched for things like 'European alternatives to "google calendar"', and I've considered Google Calendar, Windows Live Hotmail Calendar and Yahoo Calendar. And I don't mind paying up to a few tens of GB pounds a year, to have this capability)

You can pay for a hosted Exchange service from a third party in the UK. You can still have all the benefits you listed.

You can still use Outlook while having your email, contacts, tasks, notes and calendar 'online'. You will also get a much more powerful web interface, as the Outlook Web App from Exchange 2010 is very much like the full Outlook 2010 desktop client, in operation.

You can use your own domain for a hosted Exchange service, while still using it for other things, like websites.

If you have a smartphone, you can access your Exchange contacts, emails and calendar from that too.
