I am new to twitter, and mainly use the website or echofon for mac. I thought about adding some lists about science (500 users), but I think that not all the people on the list are really important.

Then I will have to block or hide some of the users and so on. I wonder if I can automatically, just after adding the list, block or hide all the users of the list by just pushing a button and unhide/unblock them. Then I would select the users I am really interested in.

Is it possible?

can you clarify a bit. when you said 'I thought about adding some lists about science (500 users)...' are you talking about Following a list created by another Twitter user? – Mickey Slater Jun 14 '11 at 2:03
