You may like WORKetc for it's ability to integrate aspects of CRM with other aspects of business management for a more integrated approach. By combining separate aspects of business management together (CRM, PM, Billing, help desk software) users get a deeply integrated environment where items can be associated with one another, many tasks can be automated, and you don't have to jump between applications to do simple tasks.

WORKetc's CRM includes lead management, contact organization, sales pipelines, collaboration on aspects of CRM, reports, and other features, all of which are combined with other business management features.

Here's a feature by feature comparison of CRM systems: http://www.worketc.com/compare
