For a while, Buzz Sync was a facebook app that would import any buzz post you made into Facebook. But, it is no longer working. Are there alternatives?

I use BuzzCanTweet to Tweet (duh!) all my Buzzes to Twitter. Then in Facebook I'm pulling in all my Tweets. Obviously not a solution if you're not using Twitter. |

I had this issue as well; With Google Reader shared items too. For a time there was even issues with Twitter not being able to post to a FaceBook profile. From what I understand this is a Mr. Zuckerberg implemented on purpose kind of thing. FB seems to have issues with competitors being able to integrate with it sometimes. |
