I need to create a simple website, only one page, for a small tool I have built.

Is there any good website where I can register, create the page, and host it, all in one place.

Free would be very nice, because the tool is also free.

Bad one, but does what you want.

Looks promising, not tested.

If you want a secondlevel domain, like yourdomain.com, you have to pay for it. If you are happy with yourname.webs.com or yourname.piczo.com, it is free alternatives.

Have you tried Sites lately? It really is quite user-friendly now. Anyway, another alternative might be a blog. You could try blogger. It takes about 10 seconds to setup, and might serve your needs. – user5821 Jan 21 '11 at 17:40

Try Microsoft Office Live Small Business. It's free, unless you want a specific domain name.

Try make your website with uCoz website builder. It listed in Comscore's top 15 Fastest Growing web services in Europe list. It differs from just blog cms like blogger and wordpress.com. It is full featured hosted cms with forum, e-shop and other modules. It also gives you full control over html and css code, so you can change website design and behavior radically. You can create your own unique theme or plug in third parity javascripts or services.
