Web Applications Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for power users of web applications. Join them; it only takes a minute:

Here's how it works:
  1. Anybody can ask a question
  2. Anybody can answer
  3. The best answers are voted up and rise to the top

I would like to create voting polls with shortened URLs like this:

http://instantpool.com/b5aH3 (not a real site)

It will open a web page where the you can vote on a specific subject and show the results.
