We have a training program that mostly involves training videos and we want to track users who have viewed videos hence completing some training.

Do you already have a website? If yes: assuming the videos can be viewed only after siging in, you can track which user is clicking on which link by using an intermediary page which first logs the user information and then takes the user to training video. |

Enterprise Study have just added this feature in release 4.4, it's known as ES TV. It allows you to build a course from one or more videos, hosted by you, ES or YouTube. (disclosure - I work at this company) |
