Are there any good services that can be used to record a phonecall over either Skype, Gmail, or Google voice?

My biggest concern is reliability.

I think IMCapture is pretty good - available for Mac or Windows

IMCapture for Skype (formerly SkypeCap) captures and records audio and video calls made from Skype. Recorded audio calls are saved as MP3, WMA or AAC files and video calls as Quicktime Movies (MOV), MPEG4, MPEG, VOB, PSP MPEG4, SWF and FLV. Calls can be replayed, shared, archived, or studied. SkypeCap is valuable for business, a practical tool for everyday and very easy to use

There is also EasyVoipRecorder - which is slightly cheaper than IMCapture.

EasyVoipRecorder is a small computer software which allows you to record, store and play Voip Conversations.

With this tool you can record and store Skype, Gtalk (Google Talk), VoipCheap, VoipStunt, VoipBuster, VoipBuster Pro, 12Voip, Yahoo Messenger, X-LITE 3.0, MSN Live, Globe7, VoipWise, VoipRaider, VoipDiscount , Net2phone, JustVoip, Freecall, Nonoh, SipDiscount, InternetCalls, WebCalldirect, PoivY ,LowRateVoip and many other voip clients conversations.
