What people that I follow post on Twitter I would like to see on Google Buzz. Is it possible somehow?

You can add Twitter to your Google Buzz stream by adding Twitter in the Connected Sites section.

However, it is quite buggy and doesn't import them in real time, the delay could be anything from a couple of minutes to a couple of hours.

This is a known issue documented by Google.

I think if you want to have real time updates in both Twitter and Google Buzz you will have to use a 3rd Party Application to post to both. There are plenty of Applications around that do this one of these being TweetDeck

Seesmic is another nice web app that will aggregate all of your sources into a "TweeDeck" type layout. – Dillie-O Feb 28 '11 at 15:55
