Say I write about movies, and tag each review by level of excellence and the year I saw it. Imagine I want to guide a reader to the double tag (e.g. [average]+[2010]), similar to how I'd do it for SE sites.

Do you want the user to be able to write the query himself like on SE? Wordpress can search for multiple tags, but as far as I know it doesn't provide the user with any UI for accessing that feature –  André Paramés Apr 3 '11 at 1:23

I want it to be just like SE, no need for a special UI. The more I want stuff, the more I'm pushed towards Wordpress. It seems like THE blogging platform. –  Tshepang Apr 3 '11 at 8:50
