Web Applications Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for power users of web applications. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I have a MySQL database with a few tables. Not particularly relational - mostly equipment lists and such.

I'd like to build a web app so users can CRUD the data. My stomach turns at the thought of writing yet another PHP/MySQL site.

Surely there must be a simple toolkit for building this type of site? Ideally completely web-based - no need to write code. Sort of a Zoho Creator but it doesn't need to be nearly that fancy.

Self-hosted only, please...there are various cloud apps but we have lots of local integration.

If push comes to shove, I suppose taking one of the frameworks' scaffolding is a starting point but I was hoping that there was something I could just setup and admin through the web.
