I'm writing an web app that gives the user a word to translate, and he accumulates points by doing it right. Then he moves to more difficult words. Is there a similar web app out there?

I know many sites like busuu.com have lessons exercises that are similar. But they differ in 2 ways:

  1. It requires to watch a lesson and,
  2. It gives possibles answers to choose from.

I looking for an app that doesn't show the answer, unless the user requests it.

What is 'right' in this context? Most of the words have multiple translations depending on the context. The only way I can think of to get it 'right' if they have seen the 'right' translation before and are trying to reproduce it. In which case, it is pretty much a flashcard trainer. – Alexandre Rafalovitch May 30 '11 at 0:00
@Alexandre I have multiple correct answers. Any one of them is a valid answer. – Jader Dias May 30 '11 at 0:26
