If yes, where can its source be found for studying purpose?

question is overly broad IMO. Some Labs projects are opensource, some aren't – Sathya Jul 5 '11 at 8:13

They aren't, but Google does have a page dedicated to their Open Source projects here: http://code.google.com/opensource/projects.html
