Is there a web client or Google Service that allows one to put a widget for GTalk in a website?

Like the one in G+ or Gmail but on my own web-app.

Update 19/09/2012

As of May 2012, the Google Talk Gadget is dead.

As of May 2012, we will no longer be offering the Google Talk Gadget. You will no longer be able to use it in Google properties, such as iGoogle, or embed it into your own sites. We encourage you to use third-party chat clients and our other chat options instead.

There is a thing called Google Talk Gadget. You can embed a button that opens gtalk in a window, independent of Gmail.

If you have your own webpage or blog, you can also add a button to your site so your visitors can pop out the Google Talk Gadget when they visit your page. If you want them to chat with you, just list your username next to the button and ask visitors to sign in and add you as a contact. To add the button to your page, just copy this script into your site's HTML:

<script src=""></script>

From here:

Observation: it requires Flash.
