I am looking for a simple trouble ticketing solution for my website. I am trying to avoid using emails for tracking problem that the users of my site would face,so I wanted a web based solution. Apart from basic crud operations I am looking for ability to integrate email support withing the solution.Having an API to integrate against would be a plus.
