Web Applications Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for power users of web applications. It's 100% free, no registration required.

We use Google Apps for e-mail and I'd like to grant access for everyone in the domain, including people added in future, to be able to send mail as one particular account.

Is there a way to do this without specifying each account individually, as indicated here?

Okay, so basically you want to enable all your employs to send e-mails anonymously to each other - using a particular account.

It's no big deal, just e-mail the Email Address and Password of the email address to all your employees. As simple as that.
