Is there a way of not showing the "sent on behalf of" indicator when sending an email from an alternative email account in Hotmail?

You can better switch to GMail, after all now importing all your hotmail emails and contacts to GMail is possible.

In GMail too you can connect accounts together and send email from one account on behalf of another but there you do not get "On behalf of" written out loud and clear. Only when a persons sees the complete header of the e-mail, he will come to know of as to from what e-mail address the email was actually sent.
