How can I remove the word "Said..." that appears after the visitor name in blog post comments?

This is the markup I have:

<div id='Blog1_comments-block-wrapper'>
<dl class='avatar-comment-indent' id='comments-block'>
<dt class='comment-author blog-author' id='c3919237356098092138'>
<a name='c3919237356098092138'></a>
<div class="avatar-image-container vcard"><span dir="ltr"><a href="" rel="nofollow" onclick="" class="avatar-hovercard" id="av-0-16491601201868141572"><img src="" width="35" height="35" alt="" class="delayLoad" style="display: none;" longdesc="" title="Kariem Zaki">

 <noscript><img src="" width="35" height="35" class="photo" alt=""></noscript></a></span></div>
 <a href='' rel='nofollow'>Kariem Zaki</a>
  <dd class='comment-body' id='Blog1_cmt-3919237356098092138'>
  thank you for this great post
  <dd class='comment-footer'>
  <span class='comment-timestamp'>
  <a href='' title='comment permalink'>

  <span class='item-control blog-admin pid-738993793'>
  <a class='comment-delete' href='' title='Delete Comment'>
  <img src='//'/>

Is this even possible?
