I wonder if there is a file share/storage website with free account and that can fetch (i.e. upload) a file from a given URL besides from local machine?

ifile.it used to do so, but today I found there was no option to upload a file from a URL.

Rapidshare allows this. And as far I know, most of the famous file host allows this. Just keep in mind that you can only fetch file which are directly accessible (without any waiting times)
