I have been using Instapaper for a long time. I have used RSS feed from it and Google Reader for feed reader. Somehow this stopped working for about a month ago. I don't get any feeds from Instapaper although I save pages with it all the time. Do you know why this does not work anymore?

Same here. If you view the instapaper feed in Google Reader and hit 'refresh', the new articles appear. But I have to do it manually. Deleting the feed and re-adding does not seem to help. – mankoff Oct 21 '11 at 4:57

I have never had much luck with bug reports to google. Have you contacted InstaPaper about this? – mankoff Oct 21 '11 at 14:12

I don't think there is answer to this other than Google and Instapaper are not working well together and there is no clear direct agreement with one another. I tried asking Marco Arment but I received no response.

So I'm sorry to say you are out of luck. The best work around as @mankoff said is to hit refresh manually.
