Is there a web app that let you create a map, and then use it in your Android phone? [closed]

I'm looking for something like http://www.wayfaring.com/, but once you created the map, it will let you export it or download it to your phone.

The idea is that I can draw the path I should do, and then be able to see it in my phone. Better if the mobile app don't need 3G (so google maps won't do it).

What I'm doing now is using mapdroid for the maps (but you can't write anything inside the map), drawing them in google maps, and then trying to remember... I've lost my way some times :(

Google has a lab feature to use their maps offline, if you have an Android device.

Download map area (...) But what if you don’t have a data signal, or you’re abroad and don’t have a data plan? We say that if you use Google Maps for mobile, you’ll never need to carry a paper map again. The “Download map area” lab in Google Maps 5.7 for Android is a step in making that statement true even when you’re offline.
