I visit some wiki sites with tutorials and I don't always have an Internet connection. So I'm searching for any application working under Linux that downloads a whole site and rewrites links to be usable without an internet connection.

wget is the standard tool for downloading web sites in Linux. It is quite configurable, so you can tell it to only download a single page, or follow all the links within a single domain, or even cross domains, as well as many other things. You will want to familiarize yourself with the wget man page. |

Another tool you can use if, for some reason, wget doesn't meet your needs, is HTTrack. It can be more powerful in some ways but can be a bit tricky to get used to if you're not using the WebHTTrack GUI for it. |
