I am looking for a specific Facebook app.

It is a collaborative photo app where users can post photos about a given topic. Then, they can like and comment each other photos.

What I would also like the app to do is to be able to sort the pictures by the number of likes. Also, I would like to see what picture got the most number of likes every month.

Does any know if there is an app out there that is either free or cheap enough?
