Web Applications Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for power users of web applications. It's 100% free, no registration required.

So I have a software that I wrote (commercial) and it was initially offered to a relatively small amount of people. However, as it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to manage bug reports/support requests via email, so I was looking into a web app made for that.

However I was wondering if there was a more integrated solution, a web app that will allow me to manage bug reports/feature requests/support tickets, all in one place? Even write some documentation if necessary?

Thanks in advance.

FogBugz is also a nice solution IMHO. – pritaeas Jan 2 '12 at 9:36
