This is not for my account, it is for my sister's, since she can't get on hers to ask these questions. She needs to verify her account by text or by calling and she does not have text messages, so by calling is her only option. She has been trying this for over a month now and always gets:

Our system is overloaded, please try again later

She does try again, again, again and again and gets the same message. Why?
