I'd prefer somebody who has experience using this. I'm trying to convince my boss that it would benefit the company to use Google Docs but he doesn't like that the docs aren't available to edit offline (like traditional MS Office). He knows about and uses Dropbox already on a regular basis so selling him on that is a non-issue.
What format does cloudHQ download the files as?
Are the files editable?
If the files are exported, does that preserve scripting?
Can the files be edited offline?
