The title pretty much explains it, but with one observation: I'm looking for an invoicing app suited for the european market.
Thanks!

Blinksale is very simple and does exactly what it does on the tin. I use Xero which is more of a fully fledged accounting system, but it does invoicing as part of that and it's not too pricey. Some others: |

Curdbee looks pretty good to me. Lots of features for a fair price. Thinking about trying it now. |

At this moment Invoice Bubble is free. |

I don't think there's one single invoicing webapp that is well suited for the "entire" European market. This is because the legislation requires to have invoices specific to the country + language of the user and since there are more than 20 currently in the EU currently, I've yet to see one webapp that has so many translations and localizations. This is true not only for invoicing webapps, but for any kind of apps that is legally regulated. |

I've heard great things about FreshBooks. |

Simple Invoices is fairly interesting. It's open source and free. I use it because I don't need anything complicated and I have complete 100% control of it to do exactly what I want it to do. Note that it requires web hosting or you can host it on a local server |

Cashboard is the best app for full project workflow from estimating, project tasks and time tracking, invoicing and payments. |

I've used Billing Boss and really enjoy it. Also if you use LessAccounting there is invoicing functionality built in. |

For the European market (I'm UK based), without a doubt, Freeagent is best. Not only is it outstanding at invoicing, but it also makes Self Assesment tax returns almost a 'one-click' task. I have also used BlinkSale, which is good, but basic in comparison. (Disclaimer, that's my refferal link above, click here to go to Freeagent without earning me a discount!) |

I have had good luck with Zoho's Invoice app. It's free for the first 5 invoices per month, with tiered pricing for more heavy usage. |

If you're looking for self hosted web apps as well, I use Bamboo Invoice. The main selling points for me were that it's open source, free, and that I can use an entirely custom invoice template, in multiple languages and currencies. |

InvoicingApp is built with freelancers and small business in mind. Originally was built for our own internal use but is now available for public beta. Happy to add any new feature that provides better support for european market. |
