I have a colleague who will keep in touch with our project's contacts. She would need something like a logging web-based application where she logs which contact she spoke with, when and about what. I've been thinking that a simple Excel file, an access database or a calendar can do it but I want to hear if you can suggest maybe a web-based application specifically for this purpose?
