Proper formatting of text when inlining an image in Gmail

Question

I use the inline image feature from Google Labs to be able to attach images as inline in emails. But while the image does come in there is a blank space just left to the image and the text starts typing from right hand bottom corner. The space in front of image from top right hand corner to bottom right hand corner is blank. I want to utilize this blank space to put my text. How can I do so?

Unless Google will decide to implement that feature, there is nothing you can do about it, since you don't have access to the HTML source of your email. If you had you could add some CSS rules (float:left) that would do the trick, but for security reasons Google is not giving you the chance to change directly the source of your message.
