We have a site with 2 sub domains. After we set-up tracking across sub domains how can we exclude traffic that comes to our main site and immediately goes to one of our sub domains? We do not want to register these visitors on our main site.

Did you use the same, or different Account IDs (UA-xxxxxxx) for the main site and subdomains? – JonathanMumm Apr 25 '12 at 18:14
If we set this up correctly which is still in question we have the same UA across sites. So we are able to track all traffic as one entity/report but we can't figure out how to exclude the traffic that is only interested in one of our sub domains and thus is inflating our primary domain domain numbers. If this makes sense... – Captain Kirk Apr 25 '12 at 18:20
