Is there any trick to put different criteria in one folder? Or add criteria in a field with boolean conditions?

Is it only possible to add a condition and a new folder (not in an existing folder)?

No, it is not possible to use any kind of Boolean functions while filtering messages into folders in Hotmail. One folder has only one Criteria.

You may consider switching to GMail - It's possible in GMail (Labels and Filters), after all now-a-days its possible to transfer all your e-mails and contacts from Hotmail to GMail.
