Web applications for recommending Twitter users to follow

Are there sites or applications that recommend who you should follow on Twitter based on, for example on the content of your tweets, on the people who are following you who are not spam users, your Facebook friends, etc.

It allows you to set your top 5 interests and hooks you up with other people with those interests.

I guess that if you tweet about something specific, than you want to find somebody, who tweets about the same thing. There is a good software called twidium You can find users based on different criteria - their tweets, frequency of the tweets, etc.
