I've made sure that Google Groups is an enabled service for my Google Apps domain (both at the domain level and on an individual user level), but every time I access Groups it's like it's disabled. From the Groups page, I don't have the ability to add new groups, nor do I have the ability to see groups of which I'm currently a member or owner. Help?
P.S. -- This is NOT a Google Apps for Business domain, in case that matters to you. Also, I tried to post images but don't yet have the cred.
