Web Applications Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for power users of web applications. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I usually use Opera but it doesn't seem to have this.

I have a lot of personal bookmarks. Some are for work and some are for work. I would really like to have one toolbar for each.

You could separate your personal bookmarks by adding them to Delicious and installing that bookmark plugin. I use folders in my bookmark toolbar to separate work from personal links in Chrome.
