I'm looking for an application that can take a list of search queries and automatically get .torrent file URLs or Magnet links for the most-seeded torrents that popular torrent-listing sites return for those search queries.

Can you suggest some pieces of this puzzle if not the whole thing?

Have never tried any myself, but some search sites provide an API to their engine, for example IsoHunt.

With BitCommet you can search torrents within the program itself.
