Web Applications Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for power users of web applications. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I would like to ask your opinion, for building a web application which type of framework would be better. I have experience with CakePHP, which I did a project from the bottom up, for now 3 months. I recently saw this http://www.wakanda.org/features. And because I luck the knowledge of making 'sexy' interfaces yet and using css normes and styles, I saw that. In CakePHP in order to make something, you visualize it in your head. No WYWSING editor RAD tool or something like that. So I noticed this wakanda and noticed other RAD tools UI based on Ajax. Do they worth it?

webapps stack overflow is for asking questions about existing web applications, not about web application development, try posting on SO instead, but be sure to read the FAQ:- stackoverflow.com/faq this question would probably be flagged as not suitable because it doesn't have a definitive correct answer... – rgvcorley Jul 21 '12 at 12:58
