I'd like to have a graphical representation of my interest. I think that my interests are somehow represented in my search queries. My search queries are logged in Google Web History.

So I wonder if there is any tool or methodology to aggregate my queries in Google Web History in a meaningful semantic graph.

This is not a Google Web History guy, but I've had some fun with a Chrome App called "Visual History" (it's the one with the clock icon... there are two). – Josh Jul 17 '12 at 20:06
