Tumblr blog—pictures and text going outside of body area

Question

I tried using my own coding to create my Tumblr blog, it took a lot of time and effort but it isn't right. The text goes outside of the body area:

Some pictures for some reason also go out of the body area:

I also don't know how to add notes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
