I have a video where nobody speaks but there are lot's of annotations in Russian. An important fact that these annotations are links to other videos.
I wanted to make the video more international and tried to reupload it in order to add English annotations. Youtube does not allow you to upload same video twice.
How to make annotations international then?
Please note, that I am aware of subtitles and closed captions. It is not what I need, because annotations can serve as links, whereas captions can't.
