Is there a way to see all friends who have currently deactivated accounts?

Facebook itself has no such option to do that. Anyhow, you can use http://www.unfriendfinder.com/.

The moment an account is de-activated, you would stop seeing the profile in your friend list. But, it would be the same as if that person blocked you on FB. As far as I know, NO. There is no direct way of knowing if someone has deactivated their account.

It used to be that way, but as of June 2012 Facebook includes deactivated accounts in your friends list to allow you to unfriend them or change settings (for you only; they are omitted when other people look at your friends list). – mark4o Dec 2 '12 at 13:39

Yes you can , now Facebook itself shows the list of all the friend including deactivated account . For view this you need to just check your friend list , you will find all the deactivated friend with no profile pic .

This is not foolproof. Friends that haven't uploaded a profile pic or who have hidden it from view (either from all friends or just you) will also show up in the friends list as empty profile pics. – Dez Dec 4 '12 at 15:28
Yes right . But in case of deactivated account we have no profile so while clicking on those account, we will get redirected on the same page. – deepak365 Dec 6 '12 at 4:07
