I like to change my font style while I commenting on my friends post. I like to hear suggestion and methods to change the font & its font style (bold, italic).

Is there any third party tool or any browse add-ons for Firefox to change my font & font's style specifically while posting comments on my friend's post?

This is not possible in Facebook. You have to use the font type and format which was set by Facebook.

Like Mehper mentioned, Facebook doesn't+ allow you to apply custom formatting on comments. Addons and other browser extensions apply formatting only at a client level - meaning that for the special formatting to been by others, they'll also have to make use of the custom stylesheet that you're using.

+Thank $deity for that - why, why, WHY, why WHYYYYYYYY do you want to use custom formatting? That's just ridiculous. It doesn't make your comment stand out. OK, it does, but not in a good way. It's why annoying to see comments with fancy formatting overload.

Alex, it is possible to change the font style via unicode mapping tools.

See http://www.panix.com/~eli/unicode/convert.cgi?text=This+is+pretty+fun+too.+Do+something+for+your+group+tag

For some examples of what you can do, you just need to type in the text you want to convert, then copy and paste the results

BTW even better than that, in Facebook Chat you can use completely different fonts, see here for more info http://www.chat-emoticons.com/chat-codes-font-generator though you cant use the codes generated in this tool in comments on posts, you can only use them in chat.
