Web Applications Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for power users of web applications. It's 100% free, no registration required.

My girlfriend extensively uses her Facebook calendar that she imports via a webcal:// URL into her Google Calendar. However, unlike her 'true' Google calendars, she cannot share it with me. This is a problem for us when planning.

A workaround could be that I simply import that same webcal:// calendar into my own Google Calendar. This raises an interesting question: once I have access to that calendar, there is no way that I know of she could revoke that access. Not a problem for us, but still.

Before I dive headlong into developing an Apps Script that simply copies the events from that calendar into her 'real' Google Calendar, what are the options here? Is there an easier way to share such an imported calendar? Could it be that I am overlooking something obvious? Your thoughts are much appreciated.
