How to exclude a domain from Google search?

I sthere a way, when I'm using Google search to construct the query such that it will not show me the results from a certain page? ie, let's imagine I want to exclude the search page from a certain domain, could I do so?

You can exclude a domain by combining operators, so if you want to search for example but not see stuff from example.com, you can input example -site:example.com.
