I'm thinking about upgrading my PayPal personal account to a business account so I can use a business name rather than revealing my personal name thereby staying anonymous.

Are there any downsides to upgrading to a business account? In other words, will I lose some possibly desirable feature? Could a friend still transfer money to me for free? I've been to PayPal's site and read their comparisons, but to me it's still vague and I'd rather hear from someone who has done it.
