I work in a team and i need some app similar to google docs (real-time editing), but for professional use, private (it could be pay) and for confidential use. Which apps do you recommend?

as mvark said, Google Apps for Business. You can configure the sharing options within your organization so you can ensure that your documents won't be available for anyone outside your company. – elunicotomas Aug 21 '12 at 12:11
