I'm using Google Docs (word processor) in Chrome 21.0.1180.83 m.

One day, one of my documents did not load properly and it even appears to affect the GUI! The "lock" icon appears as [object HTMLObjectElement]! It loads OK in IE9 but will not let me edit the file.

What might have caused this to happen?
