Is there a filter that uses a similar aproach to Chrome's Personal Block List extension, but on server side?

I have improved my user experience using the Personal Block List for Chrome, but my list of blocked sites is now over 500 and counting, which makes the filter run somewhat slow.

Besides, it would be great if that list is filled automaticaly, based on some personal criteria, and selecting preestablished black/white lists.

What server would you host this on? – Eight Days of Malaise Sep 2 '12 at 23:59
hmm... I think I must rewrite my question, as I am not intending to develop it myself, but to find out whether there is any solution already online, thanks for your interest – rraallvv Sep 3 '12 at 6:19
@rraallvv, you know you can exclude sites from the search by customizing it, right? – Alex Sep 8 '12 at 8:14
@alex, yes... sure, I do know how to use search options/operators. my list of blocked sites is now over 2200. and plus, I realized that I don't want Personal Block List to block those sites all the time... but only when I search a specific kind of content – rraallvv Sep 9 '12 at 0:45
