What is a great web based GTD-App with API and mobile App-Solution [closed]

Question

I'm searching for a good, web based GTD(Getting Things Done)-App.

Currently i'm using OmniFocus for Mac, iPhone and iPad. But i want a solution where i can switch my devices or work completely in the web app.

It should also has an API so i can code an app by myself.

I have only Apple Devices, but i want to switch to MeeGo or other platforms and don't want to worry about my GTD workflow.

I know Remember the Milk and all the other solutions, but maybe somebody has had the problem once before and could save me lots of time figuring out which solution works best.

I want a GTD-Workflow with:

1. Web based App
2. API for self development
3. Mobile Apps
