Looking for an Abstract submission software, where the students can submit abstract (enter the title, add the additional presenter, select the advisors, explain their equipment requirement and special request, choose their disciplines, enter the abstract that has scientific notations). If the students can login with LDAP authentication that would be great. The reviewers will be editing the abstract and approve. The scheduler will be scheduling the abstract on specific time. The users will have access to own abstract only.
At the end we need reports in Microsoft Word of 4 different kind:
- Presentation day booklet (details of abstracts, names of presenters in alpha listing)
- Time and Room Report (alpha listing of time with room numbers and abstract title, presenter and advisor name)
- Lists the abstract number, Name, Time and Room
